Catering Company Hiring Sales Manager & Sales Executive

Job Title: Catering Sales Manager

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Basic Salary: $5,000 – $6,500 (excluding commission)

Benefits: 12 days Annual Leave, AWS & Performance Bonus (Jan and July)

Job Description:

  • Work with the sales team to generate and follow up on catering and meeting leads to ensure conversions.
  • Respond promptly to catering inquiries via phone and online.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactively reach out to new corporate clients through cold calls and visits.
  • Assist clients with event planning, packaging, and menu selections.
  • Manage event orders to ensure sales targets, profitability, and smooth operations are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Hotel Banquet / Catering / F&B industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Senior Manager role and salary package will be considered for experienced candidates.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.

Basic Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 (excluding commission)

Job Description:

  • Oversee sales and profitability of event orders, ensuring smooth catering operations.
  • Acquire new corporate clients through cold calls and sales visits.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in the catering industry.
  • Handle telephone and online inquiries related to catering sales.
  • Assist clients with event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas to enhance catering services for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in Hotel Banquet / Catering / Event Sales.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Motivated, meticulous, creative, sales-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Outgoing personality and dynamic character.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
