- Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Core:

- Contribute towards development and implementation of maintenance requirements for the asset in accordance with relevant standards and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the development, execution of plans, policies, programs, and practices that deliver, control, protect, and enhance the value of Maintenance System Management of the assets throughout their lifecycles.
- Duties:

- Ensure the equipment in the maintenance systems are mapped to the Document for easy access and reference by the user.
- Perform mapping exercise between systems and equipment criticality in the migration sheet for migration to Maintenance System (IFS).
- Progressive update on latest document revisions and remove obsolete documents.
- Monitor identified and emerging risks and advise on their prevention, mitigation and management;
- Recognize barriers within the organization, and assist in developing initiatives to address these;
- Attending meetings as required and actively participating in the group’s work;
- Contribute to development of user manuals and training materials to help users maximize the Maintenance System’s functionality.

- Engage in Lesson Learnt approach and process. Continuously promote good practice through lifecycle approach.
- Attending meetings as required and actively participating in the group’s work.
- Committed and actively involved in pursuing company asset lifecycle program’s outcome.
- Visit the company assets as and when required.
- Other relevant tasks as requested by Reporting Manager.
- HSSEQ Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining a high degree of awareness.
- Promote and take part in HSSEQ continuous improvement process. Lead by doing; setting an example for others.
- Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety, and welfare.
- Observe and report any unsafe activities, conditions, or situations: If you observe anything unsafe use the “Stop Work” Policy

**Requirements**:

- Experience in relevant field on data entry / document management.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Words, etc.)
- Advantage with Diploma in relevant engineering degree with Oil & Energy industry or a combination of education and relevant industry experience
- Advantage with experience and proficiency with comparable ERP system (IFS).
