In this onsite role, the engineer is expected to perform the following tasks:

- Collecting inputs from **FAIR team **such as **Repair Drawing, CML, Repaired part **and **3D Model **for the parts or components that needs to be measured using CMM equipment.
- Operate the CMM machine, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning properly. Program the CMM equipment by using **PC-DMIS++2015.1 **Software based on the specifications and engineering repair drawings provided.
- Perform measurements and inspection on the repaired parts or components using CMM **HEXAGON ADAVANTAGE AND GLOBAL S **equipment. Follow established procedures and best practices to ensure accurate measurement.
- Analyze the measurement data obtained from the CMM equipment. Identify trends, or area of concern that may require further investigation or corrective action and troubleshooting any issues with the CMM equipment and measurement results. Perform regular maintenance, such as calibration and routine checks.
- Develop and implement CMM independent programs for **FAI, TV, ERRN **parts or any engineering changes. Create setup plans if necessary. Setup plan must include details of location of part on CMM machine and manual measurement.
- Document all measurement results, analysis, and findings in reports or databases. Prepare and submit the data to relevant stakeholders, such as quality control teams, production teams or management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possesses a minimum of diploma/BE in a technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing field in a technical competence such as CMM, manufacturing engineer
- Has minimum of 3 years of experience in offline CMM operation including programming, setups and controls of different CMM platforms - PCDMIS etc.,
- Must have strong math background and be capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Advanced knowledge of GD&T principles and their relation to inspection
