Role Description
- To execute Intercompany and Distributor sales order management and supply chain activities accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with audit and compliance requirements
- To deliver customer service and supply chain excellence through effective communication with internal and external customers, supply points, supply chain partners, carriers and logistics service providers across the world so as to meet the Business Unit and Zoetis Supply’s objective

Key Contribution Areas
- Effective management of customer interactions to ensure the Intercompany and Distributor sales order fulfilment process is executed in accordance with compliance standards and service level expectations of the Customer, Business Unit and Zoetis Global Supply
- Effective collaboration and communication with Intercompany Customers and Distributors to manage supply constraints solve systemic issues (eg. carrier performance) and inform customers of any mid-term changes which will affect them
- Effective liaison with supply points, supply chain partners, carriers and third-party logistics partners to ensure Intercompany and Distributor sales order fulfilment processes (order management, invoicing, shipping documentation, shipment delivery, corrections) are completed and meet Customer, Business Unit and Zoetis Global Supply’s expectations
- Effective liaison with Site Planners/External Planner Deployment & goods receiving fulfilment processes are completed and meet Customer, Business Unit and Zoetis Global Supply’s expectations
- Effective liaison with Market Logistics and broker partners for custom post clearance audit and meet Zoetis Global Trade Compliance expectations
- Accurate and timely management of sales order entry, credit returns and master data processes
- Drive problem solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of all operational customer service processes; ensuring that complaints are handled promptly, and that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken. When customers are directly impacted, investigation results and corrective action plant must be provided to the customer

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor degree

Language: Fluent in English

Technology skills: MS Office, experience with SAP ECC is essential

Experience in a customer service and/or supply chain environment will be an asset
