**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for a new team member with Supply Chain Management expertise to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will leverage your hands-on supply chain experience to support our clients with:

- Performance improvement across procurement and supply chain management
- Support the delivery of core procurement services
- Procurement operating model strategy development and implementation
- Improve client value through cost optimisation projects
- Digital procurement and digital transformation
- Contractor management and safety

Other responsibilities:

- Work closely with other Sia Partners’ offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
- Lead business development and proposal efforts
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team
- Drive sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives

You will work with others to develop workable, pragmatic solutions and provide a lasting impact by transferring knowledge and building long-term capability for clients. The fresh perspectives you bring will help challenge the status quo and introduce new ways for our clients to add value.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Assessment and Strategy and experience in the following skills: Business Model Development, Business Performance Management, Transformational Outsourcing, and M&A Integration
- A proven track record of expertise in the delivery of procurement and supply chain projects
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Advanced studies / Post graduate qualifications are advantageous
- APICS CSCP certification is a plus
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Management Consulting and/or Supply Chain Management industry is preferred
- A genuine passion for supply chain, procurement, and process optimization
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, judgement, and quantitative skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective relationship management skills, able to build networks and influence stakeholders of most levels of the organization
- Advanced skills with MS Office suite
