**Responsibilities**:

- Support in managing a team of clerical officers and assist in the planning of their work-shift patterns.
- Act as the System Administrator for TSP’s Maintenance Management System (MMS).
- Support Management in TSP’s Budgetary Planning and Costings:

- Support in TSP’s Resource Planning for short
- and long-term plans
- Support in analyzing of TSP’s Profit/Loss and proposing of cost-effective solutions
- Continuous tracking and reviewing of TSP’s revenues and expenditures
- Assist in preparing and developing of department contracts for both existing and new supplier, and constantly monitoring the validity of each contract.
- Assist in preparing and developing of various documentations (e.g. Tender, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s, Reports, etc.) and monitor the validity of each documentation.
- Coordinate with various teams to manage all TSP-related Assets’ information (e.g. consolidating of Asset Registers, SOPs, Reports, etc.).
- Support Supply Chain Team in procurement and incoming/outgoing QC checks when required.
- Perform Physical Asset condition assessment in accordance to LTA requirements.
- Support in the planning and forecasting of TSP’s Asset Management (e.g. Asset’s Life Cycle).
- Assist in the gathering of information related to TSP’s operations and activities for Audit-purposes.
- Assist in the planning and conducting of Internal Audits for TSP to ensure Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes are in line with SOPs and Work Instruction (WI)s.
- Support Management in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Engineering / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or any other relevant field and experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Possess strong ability and accuracy in terms of receiving and processing instructions/information.
- Able to work well independently and in a team under a challenging and fast-paced environment.
