**About the Role**:
**You will be responsible for the overall administration work of the Employee Benefits Department including and not limited to assist in the administration of policies of our existing corporate clients. Your objectives will be to ensure accuracy of member movements, maintain our level of client satisfaction and timely data entry into several databases.**:
**We will depend on You**:
**Key Areas of Responsibility & Focus**:
- Provide high quality work and support the EB Team’s administration.
- Policy administration (additions/deletions, invoice reconciliation etc).
- Ensure employee movements of the corporate clients are updated in a timely and effective manner both internally and externally.
- Maintain strong relationship with Insurers.
- Follow internal processes and report activities through our tracking system.
- Management of SharePoint and/or CRM for the Department.
- Ensure CRM details are accurate and up to date.
**About You**:
- You are good at planning ahead as well as being hands-on.
- You are meticulous and detailed by nature.
- You have terrific communication skills and listen well.
- You can prioritize work, remain calm under pressure and you are confident with using initiatives.
- Preferably with 2 years’ experience in employee benefits servicing.
