This Organization further shall automate new workflows for customers, add additional services such as managed video conferencing and new remote computing solution. HP is at the forefront of creating services for the hybrid world, enabling intelligent and proactive support for both end-users and IT managers that speeds set-up, reducing downtime, improves productivity and enables sustainable re-use of PCs. **What an Alliance Manager - Renew Solutions (Asia) does at HP**: - Collaborate with renew solutions enablement, management, and partner sales teams to deliver a consistent, clear and actionable alliances partner strategy. - Execute on Refurbished devices partner strategy with multiple stakeholders cross functionally, ensuring throughput of products, programs and initiatives. - Leads and/or provides IT Asset Disposition and Refurbished expertise with functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and progress - Champion Refurbished partnership strategies and “influence without authority” whether it be externally with partners or internally across the organization **Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**: - Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. - Typically has 8+ years of work experience, preferably in building and managing partner relationships within IT Asset Disposition and Refurbishment Market - Experience in building new business strategies or executing IT Asset Disposition or Refurbishment business strategies a plus. - Track record of developing and scaling successful partnership programs. - Establish priorities and successfully manage multiple projects and strategic relationships. - Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. - Results oriented individual with a "can -do" attitude. - Growth mindset and focused on partner excellence. - Digital Fluency and ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed, remote and in-person teams. - Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
