HP is at the forefront of creating services for the hybrid world, enabling intelligent and proactive support for both end-users and IT managers that speeds set-up, reducing downtime, improves productivity and enables sustainable re-use of PCs. **What an Alliance Manager - Renew Solutions (Asia) does at HP**: - Collaborate with renew solutions enablement, management, and partner sales teams to deliver a consistent, clear and actionable alliances partner strategy. - Execute on Refurbished devices partner strategy with multiple stakeholders cross functionally, ensuring throughput of products, programs and initiatives. - Leads and/or provides IT Asset Disposition and Refurbished expertise with functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and progress - Champion Refurbished partnership strategies and “influence without authority” whether it be externally with partners or internally across the organization **Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**: - Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. - Typically has 8+ years of work experience, preferably in building and managing partner relationships within IT Asset Disposition and Refurbishment Market - Experience in building new business strategies or executing IT Asset Disposition or Refurbishment business strategies a plus. - Track record of developing and scaling successful partnership programs. - Establish priorities and successfully manage multiple projects and strategic relationships. - Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. - Results oriented individual with a "can -do" attitude. - Growth mindset and focused on partner excellence. - Digital Fluency and ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed, remote and in-person teams. - Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
