**Overview:
DRG Consulting (DRGC), part of Clarivate, provides advisory and management consulting services to industry leading and emerging pharmaceutical, biotechnology and MedTech companies in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, as well as Globally. We combine deep domain expertise and data driven analysis to deliver relevant insights and customized, actionable solutions for our clients in the areas of new product planning, commercial strategy and pricing & market access.

In particular, for Singapore-based clients, our strategic consulting services fall into two broad categories: (1) Working with multinational life science companies headquartered in Singapore on global expansion and commercialization strategy, and (2) Working with Singapore-based Asia-Pacific Regional Headquarters of multinational life science companies globally headquartered in the US, Europe, and Japan to design and implement inbound investment strategy meant to further commercial success in the Asia-Pacific Region.

**Job Summary**:
The Principal at DRG Consulting’s Singapore office serves as a key member of the internal leadership team and plays a critical and vital role on client engagements and firm initiatives. The Principal may work across our life sciences consulting practice or specialize in one or more of the following domain areas: Pricing & Market Access, Commercial Strategy and New Product Planning.

The Principal is responsible for helping grow the practice through three major lines of responsibility: (1) Build relationships with senior-level client executives in Singapore and leverage such relationships to develop business and sell project work, (2) Lead delivery of project work across multiple client engagements, leveraging Clarivate’s unique ecosystem of life science data assets and reporting platforms to generate strategic recommendations and develop the practice’s capabilities and (3) Develop the DRG Consulting team, both locally in Singapore as well as across the APAC region through on-going mentorship and coaching.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the delivery of client engagements while elevating analysis and infusing client-centric depth to project deliverables; facilitate interaction of Singapore-based staff with thought leaders from across the company to ensure that the best of DRG intellectual capital is brought to bear on each project
- Support project planning and execution by ensuring alignment of project delivery to client needs and objectives, as well as managing project cost structure and margin
- Lead and guide engagement work plans including oversight of primary/secondary research, qualitative research, and quantitative analysis to obtain key insights and findings for clients
- Oversee the work of fellow team members across multiple engagements of various scales and scopes
- Manage, grow and develop relationships with Singapore-based clients in order to deliver significant business development (i.e., 1-2M USD) through proposals, upselling/cross-selling existing clients and accounts, and via new client generation
- Leverage pre-existing knowledge of Clarivate’s data assets and reporting platforms, stay informed of latest internal intellectual capital developments, and liaise between Singapore-based clients and other thought-leaders within Clarivate to ensure that Clarivate’s latest intellectual capital is brought to bear on each client relationship (with sufficient customization for concerns of Singapore-based Asia-Pacific-focus clients)
- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to our clients’ businesses
- Inspire and motivate teams to help grow and retain talent through coaching and development at all levels
- Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development through trainings, unstructured learnings, workshops and conferences
- Contribute to the social environment by executing assigned firm-building activities including knowledge management, internal training sessions and assisting with recruiting top talent
- Travel to/from client sites and external events in Singapore and throughout the Asia-Pacific region as needed
- Serve as the face of DRGC during external networking events, conferences, workshops, etc., Globally and in the Asia-Pacific region

**Requirements**:

- Currently employed as a senior client-facing management consultant, with 8 to 10 years of combined experience in market research and consulting, of which at least 3-5 years have been in consulting
- Specialization or spikes in one or more of the following domain areas: Pricing & Market Access, New Product Planning, Commercial Strategy
- Extensive project management experience across small-medium-large sized project/case teams, and a range of project scopes and sizes (i.e., $50K to $1M+)
- Proven ability to generate project revenue and actively manage key account relationships
- Strong working knowledge of at least 2 to 3 high-interest therapy areas such as rare diseases, oncol
