**Customer Experience Specialist (Full-time)**

**Responsibilities**
- Take charge of the daily operations to ensure the business premise is open and operational which includes, but not limited to;
- Keeping the store clean, organised and presentable,
- Processing payments to packing online orders
- Ensuring our shelves are stocked.
- Assisting customer service by processing customer bookings/cancellations and answering queries.
- Handling of internal and external communication for Neko Neko (Retail + Salon)

**Job Requirements**:

- Meticulous attention to detail, willing to learn;
- Be able to work independently and proactively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- **Working experience is advantageous but not necessary.
