**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Wholesale Relationship Management**:
Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with B2B clients globally.
- **Sales Operations**:
Manage end-to-end order processing—including quotation, shipment coordination, inventory control, and returns.
- **Export Documentation**:
Ensure accurate preparation of export documents and seamless international deliveries.
- **Event & Exhibition Coordination**:
Participate in global exhibitions from planning to execution; support setup, logistics, and lead follow-ups.
- **Stock & Inventory Oversight**:
Organize product logistics for events and monitor movement of inventory across sales channels.
- **Accounts Management**:
Oversee client accounts, follow up on payments, and manage receivables to minimize outstanding balances.
- Prior experience in international sales or luxury retail is a strong plus
- Passionate about client engagement and delivering high-standard service
- Willing to travel frequently for international trade shows and client visits
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
