- Collaborate closely with other HR stakeholders and Business leaders to understand business priorities and organization structures and develop the talent attraction, acquisition, and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Drive employer branding in order to align with our Employee Value Proposition and increase the competitiveness in the talent market.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement scalable recruiting strategy. Assess, monitor, and manage vendor performance effectively. Regular review of various resourcing channels on their effectiveness.
- Manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition, contract workforce initiatives for employees through strategizing, implementing the framework and process to attract talent into the organization.
- Contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly refining the acquisition strategy that supports company goals.
- Review and discuss with line managers on their recruitment needs including external hire, internal mobility and grooming from within.
- Create, build, and maintain a network and pipeline of potential talent to fill future and planned roles.
- Drive Workday implementation and feature enhancement related to recruitment and onboarding modules.
- Ensure recruiting policy, processes and practices are streamlined and executed in full compliance of statutory and regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Evaluate digital tools to optimize the entire talent acquisition process. Identify and initiate new recruitment tools and channels to source the right talents in the market.
- Develop and drive recruiting campaign, university/campus recruitment drive
**What you need to be successful**
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, and other HR generalist roles
- Possess strong project and program management capabilities
- Possess business acumen and strong analytical ability
- Strong skillset of direct sourcing, headhunting and cold calling.
- Experience in talent pooling and market intelligence.
- Ability to source talent creatively from various sources.
- Agile mindset with attention to detail.
- Communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail, resilience, enthusiasm, energy and drive
- Positive, can-do attitude focused on continuous improvement
- Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism to drive improved delivery solutions
