[What the role is]
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment, scholarship, and employee contract management processes. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies by understanding the business needs to attract and retain talents
- Oversee the scholarship programs and publicity to attract and engage top talents through various initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end processes for hiring and employee contract management, whilst ensuring compliance with labour laws and organisational policies
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment and scholarship metrics, identify trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure success in meeting organizational goals

**[What we are looking for]**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading a team to oversee talent acquisition, scholarship management, and employee contract administration
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Working knowledge in Workday or other HR systems would be advantageous
