Then this might be the perfect role for you This is an exciting leadership role working as part of the Leadership Development team, within the Global Learning function. We are a small, friendly, and passionate team on a mission to fulfil our Compass commitment to grow great leaders for purpose and performance. We work across the business and with third party suppliers to build and deploy a system to recruit, develop and deploy leaders who are strong and growing in our Unilever Standards of Leadership. We design and deliver data driven, leading-edge, transformational leadership development experiences to our people, who work in an increasingly digital and disrupted world.
This team is responsible for the design and delivery (either directly or through our learning network) of our Leadership Development interventions collaborating with an extensive external partner network to offer bespoke leadership development solutions including coaching. In our new Compass organization, this team will be dedicated consultants to our business groups, operations and units, by helping them to collect and analyze the right data, to create focused leadership development plans, that deliver both the power of one priorities as well as the specific business group/operations focus.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the full process of collecting data to learning needs analyses to execution plans for specific business groups/units or business operations.
- Lead the end - to end design of new leadership development programmes, mostly Outer Game focused (Business Acumen and Consumer Love) including learning needs analysis, select and manage partners, design the programme and constantly improve, build the significant relationships with business leaders, HR leads, TLO leads and potential participants, and execute brilliantly.
- Lead the ongoing management of specific Leadership programmes and network groups (for example our Senior Strategic Leadership Programme)
- Continue to improve and grow our external Standards of Leadership Partner network, and enable them to create great business impact
- Brings external insights on future leadership trends, culture and other developments to evolve our leadership development thinking including external benchmarking to identify best practices.
- Enable the broader learning system to increase learning capabilities in the TLO, E&I and broader HR network, and enable our other learning teams (for example with NIIT and our Learning Operations team).
