**The Company**

Our client is one of the dynamic and growing global logistics companies with its presence around the globe. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager and the Regional Director Account Manager, the National Account Manager will coordinate with the Global Strategic Account Manager and the Regional Account Manager to manage multiple accounts across multiple branches in their country. The National Account Manager will be based in Singapore.

**The Role**
- Manage overall business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creating and distributing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure the operations team understands. and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market analysis and industry awareness for growth opportunities and customer demands.
- Mentor and train local account managers.
- Drive collaborative efforts within the team which includes support and sharing the best practices in customer reviews, strategic business plans, value-add programs, process improvements, bid management, and technology offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Create and implement strategic business plans within the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Prepare, develop, and manage bid strategies, and execute the bid process.
- Manage deployment, integration, and customer adaptations of new technologies.
- Develop and implement programs and processes to the add value in the organization and customers.

**The Requirements**
- Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of successful sales or account management or operations experience in the freight forwarding, logistics and/or transportation industry.
- Experience in the electronics/industrial vertical industry preferred.
- Experience with CRM System.
- Familiar knowledge of transportation, logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
