**Clinic Operations Manager**
You will be part of the Polyclinic Management Team and will lead the team of operations staff to support the delivery of quality and clinical care to the patients. You will work closely with HQ Clinic Operations team, Head of Polyclinic and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations as well as planning and implementation of new initiatives.
As the Clinic Operations Manager, you will also lead the Operations Executives to drive service excellence in the clinic. You will also identify areas of improvements and drive continuous developments and spread good practices across other clinics within National University Polyclinics. You will play a key role in coaching, nurturing and inspiring the clinic operations staff in their continuous learning and career development.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial capacity with combination of operations management, service quality and customer feedback management
- Possess strong operations management leadership including areas in strategic planning, people management, performance monitoring, process improvement, project management and implementation.
- Strong in decision making, problem solving and communication skills
- Able to commit to 5.5 days’ work week
