**Role Profile**

We are looking for a sales leader to drive a high performing team in the region. Taking LLI to the next phase of growth. Transitioning the region into a value led sales organisation. This is the fastest growing region with the biggest opportunity. We are looking for 30%+ growth in a market which is very buoyant and topical given the geopolitical tensions globally. Trade based money laundering is a key focus for our prospects and clients.

LLI are a technology company with our own proprietary data to set us apart in the market, we are the voice of the sea and very well trusted in the market. LLI are well backed by Montagu Private Equity who manage €3Billion in revenue and have a stellar track record.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Transforming the region into a value / solution-based sales team with a robust, repeatable methodology
- Leadership, a motivational leader who attracts and retains strong commercial talent. Creating a high
- performing team, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, underpinned by OKRs and metrics to drive the right behaviours and outcomes. Ability to lead from the front. Data driven decision making from structured reporting and forecasting is imperative, experienced in salesforce and MI to drive OKRs and over performance. Driving sales hygiene is a must
- Target driven, executing against a very well-defined strategy, whilst continually looking for opportunity in the region. Exceeding targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Working cohesively, effectively and dynamically across all functions especially marketing, product and customer success to drive joint success
- Driving attendance in the office between 3-5 days a week, driving communication and sharing success

**What we are looking for**:
**Essential**
- Expert understanding of a successful repeatable value-based sales methodology e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Miller Heiman etc. Proven experience in successfully embedding this in multiple organisations
- Experience in working for a high growth organisation with a proven track record of 20% plus growth year on year
- Culturally sensitive with a track record of managing teams across multiple geographies in business with a global customer base
- Experience in retaining existing business at 95%, working hand in hand the with Customer Success Team
- Flexibility to travel. With multiple offices and country managers in the region there is an expectation to travel to drive performance
- Excellent communication skills, experienced presentation skills and very capable Microsoft office skills
- Ethical and values-driven with high levels of integrity; committed to the success of the business and does the right thing, even if it is difficult and personally challenging. Behaves consistently and fairly to all people, whatever their level in the organisation
- High levels of emotional intelligence, self-confident and low ego
- Resilient, transparent, and flexible. Comfortable with ambiguity, innovative, creative and coachable

**Desirable**
- Experience in the marine or financial crime sector would be useful but not essential
- Having a previous track record of managing an ACV target between £10 - £30 million
- A Bachelor's degree
- Experience in choosing and maximising tech stacks to optimise performance
