ESI is now hiring an Inside Sales Rep - APAC in the Singapore, Singapore area.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Associate degree or comparable industry experience.
- 1 year of inside tele-sales experience required.
- Previous experience in the aviation industry and target-based environments is a plus.
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push a cart, or lift during the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, including small packages and supplies

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Review quote activity and initiate follow ups.
- Deliver customer satisfaction through the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, web shop enquiries.
- Confer with the Asset Management Team to make sure pricing is accurate and achieving our cost targets.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Develop collaborative working relationships.
- Manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adapt to the work environment.
- Clearly communicate in verbal and written form to all levels.
- Display flexibility, adaptability, and innovation.
- Shows a passion for the customer, fellow employees, and the business
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Pay: $1,657.29 - $6,210.73 per month
