What You'll Achieve In the Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA), you will engage in an intensive program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over two to three years, you will join as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you'll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. You will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales cycle, with potential to advance to outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see successful participants have 2-3 jobs in the first three years, each with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and increased earnings. Responsibilities Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers and qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue. Engage consistently with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team. Participate in whiteboard competitions and group activities to meet metrics expectations. Essential Requirements Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service. Eager to pursue a dynamic sales career, with a focus on growth and innovation within data centers, generative AI, and digital infrastructure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Relationship building and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and the local language, enabling effective communication across diverse customer and team interactions. Desirable Requirements Completed bachelor's degree. Strong work ethic, a desire to learn, self-starter, collaborative, driven, and coachable. Ability to influence others and drive issues to closure. 2-3 years of proven experience engaging with customers—preferably in sales, customer service, or a consultative environment—with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to relocate and work from Dell Technologies Hub locations to promote collaboration and access to resources.
