Employer Branding and HR Communications Specialist

**Human Resources**:
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team to create, design, deliver and implement the Employer Branding and People strategy to establish and raise the presence of our University brad as a choice employer to attract and retain talents.
**Employer Branding Project**
- Research and develop a project plan and brief with a timeline with key milestones and deliverables to embark on the University’s employer branding project.
- Appoint a suitable agency to conceptualise and formulate the employer branding strategy and rollout plan in alignment with the University’s corporate brand
- Work with the University’s HR core members to drive and manage the appointed agency to ensure that project deliverables and timelines are met. To review and make sure that the proposed strategy and employee value propositions take into consideration the University’s talent needs.
- To facilitate the approval and adoption of the proposed employer branding strategy and execution plan by key internal stakeholders like the Communications & Marketing Director, HR Director, and Senior Management.
- Responsible for the implementation and roll-out of the approved employer branding strategies and workplan
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to manage and execute employer branding strategies to improve internal and external visibility of the University’s brand with the aim of talent acquisition and retention.
- Identify platforms and stories to raise awareness of the employer brand by showcasing the University’s culture, values, and employee value proposition.
**HR Communications**
- Work with HR Team Leads to manage and draft university-wide HR advisory or communications to promote or launch key HR initiatives e.g. Employee Referral Scheme, Launch of Spot Award, Appreciation event etc
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant fields of marketing, communications, or business.
- At least 5 years of prior experience in marketing with a preference for direct experience in employer branding.
- Able to handle multiple strategic projects in the organization with strong stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in event management such as employee campaigns and organization-wide events.
- Strong communicator and public presenter with persuasive and influencing skills.
