RESPONSIBILITIES
We are actively looking for a Senior Visual Merchandiser to be based in Singapore. Your primary role will be to ensure visual merchandising efficiency within Travel Retail Asia Pacific focusing on Promotional and Permanent Merchandising.
**Your main focus**:
Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
Ensure visual merchandising implementation and standards across the region
In charge of planograming for all portfolios (Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare) Update displays to promote new product launches and reflect key periods
Source for props, visuals and any tools needed for permanent counter and temporary promotions opening in line with brand guidelines. Creating specific promotional displays when applicable.
Forecast, ordering, and maintenance of Display highlight.
Adapt & develop launch visual merchandising guidelines in line with the brands’ image
Support Merchandising Project Manager when necessary, on permanent and temporary projects
Monitor costs and work within budget
Liaise with suppliers and source elements

The team consists of Merchandising Promotion Managers and you will work closely together with several departments such as the Marketing and Global teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, and you will receive tremendous support in this role.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to make a difference. As an experienced Senior Visual Merchandiser, you will share your valuable experience with the team and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:
Strong project management skills with 5-8 years’ experience minimum and be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects across categories - fragrance, skincare and makeup.
Experience in the perfume & cosmetics industry is appreciated but not mandatory.
Ideally, you will have a design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Clouds/AutoCAD).
You are proactive, think out of the box, have good leadership skills, embrace a can-do attitude, and believe in team spirit, you will thrive and progress well in our dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
