As we expand across APAC, we're looking for a **Retail Sales Merchandiser** to help bring the Pixi experience to life in Sephora stores across Singapore.

- **Maximising sales potential** by ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and replenished.
- **Driving brand visibility** through compelling, on-brand visual merchandising.
- **Building meaningful store relationships** to encourage advocacy and smooth operational flow between Sephora warehouses and stores.

By owning the last mile of the shopper journey, your work will directly fuel our growth, increase sell-through, and strengthen Pixi’s reputation as a category leader in beauty.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- On-shelf availability of Pixi products consistently above 90%.
- Timely in-store replenishment from Sephora’s warehouse driven by strong store relationships.
- Store staff actively recommending Pixi and engaging customers with product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Placement & Visual Merchandising**
- Ensure Pixi shelves are always full, organised, and compliant with visual standards.
- Execute planograms and seasonal updates to highlight new launches and hero SKUs.
- Maintain and refresh product testers and display tools to enhance trial and conversion.

**Promotional Support & Campaign Execution**
- Implement in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activations.
- Ensure timely placement of promotional materials, POS, and seasonal displays.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor inventory flow and coordinate replenishment needs with Sephora store managers.
- Identify out-of-stock or slow-moving items and recommend actions to optimise sell-through.

**Store Relationship Building**
- Serve as Pixi’s ambassador in-store, fostering strong relationships with Sephora teams.
- Provide basic product training and support for new launches and key campaigns.
- Gather feedback from stores and shoppers to share insights with Pixi’s marketing and sales teams.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of retail merchandising or sales experience, ideally in beauty or FMCG.
- Previous experience working with Sephora or similar beauty retailers is highly valued.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable travelling frequently between store locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of a field-based merchandising role.
