Position: Senior Sales Support

Location: Singapore (multiple branch management within the airport)

Reports to: Airport Manager

Manages: Sales Targets of the company

Are you a driven leader focusing on sales and customer satisfaction? We seek a Sales Manager to oversee multiple branches, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Drive the sales strategy across multiple branches by setting clear targets and ensuring the team focuses on achieving branch and individual sales goals.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a customer-centric approach by ensuring high service standards are provided to all clients, promoting repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze branch sales performance regularly, identifying opportunities to maximize profitability and address areas for improvement.
- Business Development: Continuously seek opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales while remaining competitive in the local market by adjusting rates and margins where necessary.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay current with market trends and competitors, developing strategies to ensure the company remains competitive and ahead of market changes.
- Team Motivation & Development: Encourage a sales-focused culture by motivating and supporting staff in achieving personal and branch-wide sales targets. Guide upselling techniques and maximizing sales potential with every customer interaction.
- Stock & Product Management: Ensure sufficient stock of foreign and local currencies and other products are available to meet customer demands. Regularly review sales and purchase patterns to optimize stock levels.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in retail FX and/or retail sales environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to meet ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data, setting sales targets, and tracking key performance metrics.
- Experience in managing multiple locations is a plus.
