Senior Human Resources Manager

**Job Description Summary**: In this role you will lead the Organisational and People strategy and will have full accountability for human capital deployment for the region. This role is critical in driving a consistent strategy across all business units, partnering with several stakeholders including GE Healthcare AKA CEO, the regional leadership team and HR leaders in the region and global - to ensure optimal organisational, culture and talent activities to drive business growth and meeting business objectives for the region. You will drive key HR initiatives, and drive HR functional excellence across AKA (ANZ, Korea, ASEAN).
You will be reporting to GE Healthcare Intercontinental Senior HR Manager, and you will provide expertise and leadership in strategic workforce planning, organisation design, culture, employee engagement and change management, strategic coaching and aligning people agenda towards business objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Some essential accountabilities include but not limited to**:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture, leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change
- Act as an organizational & simplification champion coach who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with business to maximize business performance
- Work with leaders and employees to create a positive, contemporary, inclusive work environment. Facilitate culture and communications throughout the organization; work with business leaders to ensure successful implementation of culture improvement efforts
- Provide timely, effective and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills. Role model GE Leadership Behaviours
- Provide strategic coaching to business leaders and key talent related to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
- Lead organisational capabilities, succession planning and talent development in the organization. Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, develop and retain the right talent to fit evolving business needs
- Be responsible for regional total rewards strategy that is equitable and in line with the organization’s goals and competitive with external market
- Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
- Being a senior member of GEHC HR leadership team, be accountable for continuous focus improvement of HR processes, partnering with GEHC Global HR Solution teams
- Lead the local team of GEHC HR professionals ensuring that the team priorities are aligned with desired business outcomes, focusing on the team development, engagement and career progression
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources business partnership work with significant experience leading teams across different regions
- Experience in providing HR leadership for commercial, supply chain, engineering organisations with proven track record of organisational transformations, driving cultural change and employee engagement
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization and stakeholder management. Ability to energize and lead in global complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and organization savviness to drive the HR agenda with proactive thought leadership and a growth mindset
- Passion for innovative HR solutions, out of the box thinking and process improvement
- Experience in leading the HR teams and track record in developing the HR talent. Trusts & empowers HR team and supports horizontal success in function and business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high growth, fast-paced and cost constraint environment
- Strong presence, seen as influential & respected by leadership. Experience building meaningful, trusting relationships and positive work environments
- Strong coaching, leadership assessment skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make judgments based on practice or previous experience
- Self-motivated and assertive: ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments, get answers, and autonomously drive solutions, not afraid to roll up sleeves
- Confidence to voice opinions & ideas and willingness to deliver tough feedback/coaching to leadership.
- Experience in managing spin-off and union relations is considered an asset
