Administrative Officer

To perform a variety of centralized administrative functions for the office cum handling reception duties including phone calls.
- Attending to incoming clients and guests.
- Arranging courier
- Purchasing and upkeep of stationery & pantry supplies for the office
- Monitor and maintain inventory of stationery & Office equipment (Water Dispenser, Coffee Dispenser, copier etc.)
- Office lease agreement - Renewal of lease, cleaning services, aircon services and other ad hoc maintenance.
- Handle Office door access
- Responsible for the printing of name cards
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Booking of meeting rooms and taking minutes
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expenses reports
- Arrange payment of invoices
- Provide administrative support to senior managers, directors and the management team when necessary
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
