We are looking for a talented Programme Coordinator to join our team. Playing a key role, the individual will be responsible for administering all aspects of the London Institute of Banking and Finance’s (LIBF) delivery of training programmes for clients in Singapore and the wider APAC region. The role will also encompass supporting events, and the launch and roll out of new qualifications in the region.

This position reports to the Country Manager and interfaces with the Business Development Director and other professional education staff. LIBF UK has been awarded an 'Investors in People' silver accreditation - and the same values and initiatives are also active in the Singapore entity. **Specific Responsibilities
- Support the management of all aspects of programme delivery to clients in Singapore and across the APAC region. This includes logistics, client liaison, quality control/co-ordinating production of training materials, feedback forms, session production, programme reports, etc.
- Coordinating the training schedules of LIBF associate and faculty trainers delivering training for LIBF.
- Liaising with Finance on all aspects of invoicing, payments, management accounting and record keeping.
- Support the co-ordination of key LIBF events in Singapore, Malaysia and other APAC markets.
- Support the launch and roll out of International qualifications to the APAC region.
- Support production of submissions required by government funding agencies.

This role can be based in either our Singapore Office, or from Home; however, we would expect the post-holder to attend meetings and workshop activities on-site where necessary.

**Approved Training Allowance**
- Mature Mid Career Individuals: $3,500

**Educational Qualifications required for Traineeship role under SGUnited Traineeship**:
Diploma or Professional Qualification
