Team Intro

The Global Location Strategy team aims to define and deploy strategies that support our global expansion and regional business growth. Our consultants and analysts are responsible for comprehensive research and analysis of Global Real Estate markets, whilst leading our real estate business strategy development and roll-out.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis on Global Real Estate markets, which includes but isn't limited to detailing regulation impact, geographic advantages, demographic trends, talent pools and pipelines, industry developments, benchmark analysis, real estate supplies and feasibilities, financials and costs.
- Lead standardisation and strategy work of the Location Strategy team with regards to relevant real estate topics, at both global and regional level.
- Initiate various communication and changes with key stakeholders to drive research, insights, data and recommendations that support our strategies and growth.
- Facilitate end-to-end implementation of the Global Real Estate location strategy projects, assess opportunities and challenges with actionable levers, ensure and enhance operational excellence.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications
- A proven record of specialising in real estate strategy planning, particularly the location strategy.
- A great sense of logical and strategic thinking, self-driven and passionate about the Internet, Technology and Innovation sectors.
- A solid understanding of the global real estate market and nuances, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- A professional background in strategy consulting.
- Project experience and insights into the UAE and the Middle East as a region.
