Overview Assistant Manager - Corporate Real Estate role at Cycle & Carriage Singapore. This role supports the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Team in managing real estate and facilities projects in a dynamic corporate environment. Reporting to the Head of CRE, you will play a key role in supporting the CRE function and contributing to high-quality outcomes. The Opportunity This role supports the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Team in managing real estate and facilities projects in a dynamic corporate environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in delivering projects that meet business needs, ensuring smooth execution, effective coordination, and compliance with organizational objectives. Reporting to the Head of CRE, you will play a key role in supporting the CRE function and contributing to high-quality outcomes. The Role / Responsibilities Support project lifecycle activities including planning, scheduling, reporting, and monitoring. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery. Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and documentation processes. Prepare clear communication materials and project updates for stakeholders. Track risks, issues, and scope changes, escalating where required. Oversee contractor onboarding, including kick-off meetings, safety orientations, and PTWs. Document site conditions prior to construction and supervise contractor works throughout execution. Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the CRE team. Business Environment Ensure projects comply with internal policies, safety standards, and local regulations. Support CRE projects that align with organizational growth and business priorities. Requirements Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions. Problem-solving approach with attention to detail. Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and tact in handling challenges and conflicts. Technical / Functional Skills Understanding of project lifecycle management and construction/renovation processes Experience in procurement support, RFP preparation, and budget tracking Ability to monitor and report project risks, issues, and progress Knowledge of compliance requirements and safety standards.
