We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our investment team in evaluating and executing real estate investment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting thorough due diligence, leading deal execution, and forging and maintaining strategic business partnerships with fund managers and developers. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and perform due diligence on real estate investment opportunities Lead deal execution and documentation Assist the Chief Investment Officer indevelopingandmaintainingnew business partnerships with fund managers and developers, originate real estate deals and boost pipeline for product listing Perform extensive research, financial modelling, valuation and other financial analysis Prepareinvestor marketing materials and work closely with business development team on investor engagement strategies Monitor, manage and track progress of existing mandates Provide general support across investor marketing events, investor communication, product partner and internal stakeholder engagement Create and maintain proprietary databases Provide guidance and training to junior team members Candidate Requirements Strong knowledge of the capital markets industry, particularly in the real estate sector 5-7years of experience inreal estate investing or corporate finance experience Prior experience in the investment team of a reputable private equity real estate firm will be an advantage Knowledgeable inSingapore and internationalreal estatemarkets and across the core plus, value add and opportunistic space Adept in financial modeling and possess a keen sense of numbers with excellent financial analysis skills Strong written and oral presentation skills Self-driventeam player whois able to work independently and within a team environment to drive positive outcomes Good university degree preferably in the area of finance, accounting or real estate Candidate will be required to compete therelevant competency examinations needed for the appointment of anAuthorised Representative Gross monthly salary of $6,000 to $8,000 will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.
