Manager, Real Estate Investment Banking
**Location**: Singapore

Our Investment Banking team provides equity capital solutions and real estate strategic advisory services to Corporate and Institutional clients including M&A transactions, Strategic Reviews and Strategic Joint Ventures.

**The Investment Banking team focuses on advising clients on**: M&A transactions, Fund Raising, Recapitalisations, Joint Ventures, and Strategic Reviews.
This is a Manager-level role in the Regional Investment Banking team, based in Singapore. The role focuses on leading and coordinating output as it relates to idea & mandate generation and client engagement.
This opportunity represents a rare chance to gain experience in all stages of real estate investment banking - building skills in real estate and corporate finance modelling, marketing and presentation, deal execution, market study and research, due diligence, and other facets of M&A investment banking - alongside a team of investment banking professionals and JLL’s broader real estate platform.

What does the role entail?

Undertaking and overseeing complex valuation analyses and financial modelling exercises
Operating, financial and accounting due diligence
Preparing and attending in client presentations
Support Deal Team lead with managing multiple aspects of day-to-day transaction execution
Assist in originating Investment Banking mandates
Oversight of output and deliverables including but not limited to pitches, proposals, teaser, IM’s and other output relevant to corporate advisory work
Reviewing and analyzing public company filings, legal documents, internal and third party data / research and other materials as part of the transaction process

Preferred Experience

4-6 years of investment banking or other finance experience (real estate, M&A, capital markets experience preferred)
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong corporate finance background
Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interface with senior executives and clients
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling several tasks simultaneously
