We are looking for owners who can: - Cut through chaos and ambiguity to simplify complexity at speed and scale - Remain restless, brave and passionate, taking accountability to constantly create something better - Transcend borders to collaborate with trust, empathy and compassion **Where do you come into the picture?** You would be joining the Instarem product team, leading the global implementation of a specific product initiative end to end. You would be a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to define and build the next generation of our SME platform, the foundation on which our SME business is built. You will partner with product and tech teams to build an efficient and scalable platform for new features as we expand our SME customer offering by owning the mission, vision and roadmap for the platform. At Instarem, product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics and customer-facing teams. You'd be joining a group of stellar Product Managers who have a track record of successfully building and scaling business and consumer products that are collectively impacting millions of users around the world. - At Nium, product management is about both product discovery and product delivery. You will be passionate about the problem, more than the solution. You will validate solutions from multiple angles before executing. - You will write product specifications, epics/user stories to help steer changes for the SME platform. You will work with product/tech teams to share requirements, coordinate at detailed level to develop features and deliver high quality product. - You will work directly with engineering teams, and should have good understanding about the software development practices, system design, and have good-enough technical knowledge to debate with engineers on solutioning. - You will continuously explore and work towards improving the core of the SME Platform by staying well-read on the industry trends and staying connected to clients and client implementation teams. - Collaborate closely with multiple product and business stakeholders to drive alignment and prioritization, keeping customer value as top priority.
