**System Analyst**

**Role Overview**:
This **System Analyst** role is based in **Singapore** and is part of the **Enterprise Analytics** team within the **Technology & Operations** division. It involves working closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise-level technology solutions for banking services. The role requires managing functional delivery, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and collaborating across different teams to ensure smooth execution.

**Key Objectives**:

- **Business & Technology Integration**: Leverage technology to support both physical and digital banking operations, ensuring systems are developed, standardized, and optimized across branches in Singapore and overseas.
- **Solution Implementation**: Responsible for implementing **Enterprise Analytics** solutions with a focus on functional delivery, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring agreed capabilities are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery of Technology Solutions**:

- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of **Enterprise Technology** solutions.
- Ensuring the **functional quality** of the delivery and managing dependencies across teams.
- **Collaboration & Requirements Management**:

- Work with internal technology teams and external vendors to implement solutions.
- **Project Management**:

- Provide regular **status updates** to the Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Participate in the **specification phase**, providing input on estimates, delivery plans, and impact assessments.
- Ensure a smooth cutover to production and post-implementation support.
- **Testing & Quality Control**:

- Work closely with **Test Managers** to ensure testing phases (SIT, UAT, etc.) are executed thoroughly and meet quality standards.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Escalate issues that affect project timelines and provide timely solutions or workarounds.

**Key Requirements**:
**Technical Skills & Experience**:

- **IT Capabilities**: Proven track record in delivering IT solutions for multinational/regional companies, ideally with a budgetary responsibility.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to create domain roadmaps and manage technical constraints.
- **Banking Industry**: Preferred but not mandatory.
- **Service-Oriented Technologies**: Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- **Systems Development**: Hands-on experience with coding, functional specifications, and systems testing.

**Education**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related domain.
- **Professional/technical qualifications** are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
