**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Senior QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for assisting the QA/QC Engineer in implementing site quality assurance and quality control systems, in compliance with the company’s quality standards.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and are not limited to the following:

- Conducting in-process inspections (critical and common checks);
- Identifying and issuing Rework/Defective Work Reports;
- Highlight foreseeable issues to QA/QC Engineer and project team;
- Train and manage the QC Inspectors;
- Conduct material testing using in-house equipment;
- Assist QA/QC Engineer in conducting pre-BCA CONQUAS/QM Assessment;
- When managing a small-scale project, to be in-charge of CONQUAS/QM inspections and handle BCA assessment
- Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

**Value Add of Position**
- Identify any foreseeable risk/issue arising from site work

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of building and/or civil engineering experience. Experience in QA/QC would have an added advantage.
- Completed at least 1 building/civil project.

**Technical competencies**
- Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications
- Knowledge in Structural and Architectural works
