The Senior Executive supports the SingHealth Duke-NUS Obstetrics and Gynaecology Academic Clinical Programme (OBGYN ACP). The incumbent will be working with the Manager, support clinical education activities and provide administrative support for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to meet the Academic goals of the OBGYN ACP
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and track follow-up actions for timely completion
  • Liaise with hospital departments, faculty, and external partners as required
  • Support and coordinate clinical education activities, meetings and events
  • Provide administrative support for research grant applications and reporting
  • Maintain accurate grant and financial records
  • Participate in hospital initiatives when assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Director and OBGYN ACP Chair

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification or Diploma with 8 years' relevant experience and demonstrated competency
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience in grants management preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability to varying work requirements
