Marketing Executive

We are looking for a flexible, versatile and high performing **Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive** to oversee and develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products, services, campaigns or events that align with consumer behaviour patterns and business goals. Your duties will include:
(i) confidently executes 360-degree marketing, including digital marketing campaigns; you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools;
(ii) develop a marketing strategy that is aligned to the company’s plans and target and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution and managing all social media campaigns within the marketing budget;
(iii) set marketing goals and objectives that is aligned with the company’s targets;
(iv) compiling and presenting new and creative growth strategies at team meetings;
(v) monitoring performance of marketing campaigns and developing strategies to ensure that performance is kept at an optimum;
(vi) content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, proofreading and performance analysis;
(vii) content creation for all social media collaterals maintaining websites and tracking data analytics

(viii) market segmentation, you will be conducting research on market trends, audiences and competitors, end to end consumer journey to drive engagements conversions;
(ix) analysing data to identify and define audiences including SEO/SEM deployment and tracks digital marketing efforts;
(xi) create content and marketing calendar of events;
(xii) coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews, if any;
(xiii) leads website development, creates landing pages and manage uploads, and oversees all customer-facing digital communication channels and other conversion opportunities;
(xiv) produces valuable and engaging content for our platforms and marketing collaterals, that attracts and converts our target groups;
(xv) manage multiple projects, and supervise collaboration between departments in order to drive positive business growth;
(xvi) evaluates emerging technologies, tools, platforms and marketing trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate and sharing insight with team;
(xvii) contributes to the Company’s expansion into other destinations, tie-ups with other like-minded brands and businesses or associations and/or development of new brand concepts/product lines;

**Requirements**:
(i) a minimum of 3 to 5 years of 360-degree marketing experience and a degree in Marketing or related fields;
(ii) experienced in working in a start-up environment and lean-manned teams;
(iv) has working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints and experienced in Webflow, MailChimp and HubSpot.

(v) strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
(vii) knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe;
(viii) a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

(ix) self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment;
(x) have a flexible and responsive attitude; and
