We are seeking a highly organized Finance and Office Manager to oversee the financial management and administrative functions of our organization. The Finance and Office Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, financial analysis, and report generation, as well as overseeing the administrative functions of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
- Manage cash flow and maintain financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide support for HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage office schedules and logistics, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or office management
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
