Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong organizational skills? Join **ACA Pacific Technology**, a leading IT marketing and value-added distribution company, as our **Finance and Office Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee financial operations, including accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management
Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, financial statements, and tax filings
Manage payroll, CPF contributions, employee expense claims, and commission calculations
Coordinate office administration, procurement, and vendor management
Assist in annual audits, stocktaking, and compliance reporting
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls
Support HR functions, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and handling leave reimbursements
Generate and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Studies
3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and office management
Proficiency in **NetSuite**and **Microsoft Office**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
