Overview Executive Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager — Building and Construction Authority Join to apply for the Executive Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager role at Building and Construction Authority. What the role is Executive / Senior Finance Manager (Budget and Resource Management), Finance Department What you will be working on Partner assigned business units on all budget and resource management matters. Contribute to annual and multi-year budget planning, prioritisation, and revenue forecasting exercises, MND-BCA block budget review Evaluate business units’ budget requests, government funding proposals, and fee proposals Collate and analyse budget returns, government cashflow requirements, and fee reviews from the business, and seek clarifications from Groups when necessary. Prepare MND’s returns (e.g., annual budget, annual consolidated returns, fee review, etc.) Support daily budget operations and budget audit matters Perform grant drawdowns for government funded projects and programs and monitor their budget utilisation rates. Perform funds virement for deficient accounts Prepare audit schedules Support any other projects and duties as assigned, e.g., process improvements initiatives (system related, budget evaluation) What we are looking for Requirements At least a degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy, or other equivalent qualifications. At least two years of relevant working experience. Meticulous and comfortable managing large datasets. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office software is essential, with at least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. Committed and strong team player, but also able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work within tight deadlines.
