**Summary**
We are searching for a highly independent and result orientated Assistant Manager You will be part of the Distribution team and will be the key person supporting and coordinating all the technical interfaces to support B2B activities. You will work closely with our Sales team to recommend the best solutions for the business ultimately driving the technical strategy, system maturity, and the overall success for sales engagement.

**Responsibilities**You are expected to support the B2B channel from a technical front. (eg Upgrade enhancements, setup and configurations), and address queries and provide solutions. You will build up and establish B2B knowledge base and work with various stakeholders both internally and externally on projects which involves the channel.

**Business Unit System Support**:

- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes
- Analyze project requirements and accordingly provide technical and functional recommendations

**Systems Administration and Enhancements**(GroupRM System/SkyAgent/ TravelHub/ Negotiated Allotment)**:

- Administer the systems
- Configure and coordinate UAT for all changes made to the groups management system and any of the linked systems
- Ensure the airline’s system is integrated with all business functions and to coordinate the changes in the system with all internal parties - Sales/RM
- Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs
- Assess and compile the business requirements for enhancements in the system
- Evaluate and approve the solutions provided by the vendor in BRDs & FRDs ensuring it’s comprehensive
- Monitor the enhancement project from conceptualization to post implementation - lifecycle monitoring

**Project Management**:

- Monitor, manager, and steer the implementation projects from commencement to post implementation
- Recommending/developing the optimal solutions for the required business/operational objective
- Provide regular reports for progress updates and critical success factors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Infomations Systems or Business Analytics or equivalent
- High adaptability to change.
- Strong innovative output and execution with resource constraints.
- Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business/operational acumen.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information.
- Highly independent, intuitive and autonomous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment.
- Culturally aware and able to form cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
