What you need to be successful in this role:

- 6+ years of PR or communications experience in an agency.
- Vast experience in developing communication strategies and programmes to meet our client needs.
- You should be proactive in partnering with the account teams and clients to identify existing and emerging issues and have proven ability to devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
- Apart from day-to-day account management and being the primary contact for your clients, you will also look to mentor junior team members to grow their skills.
- Be proactively involved in business planning such as retaining and expanding current client businesses.
- Responsible for overseeing all client budgets (creating, expanding, forecasting, etc) and ensuring profitability for your accounts.
- Understanding your clients’ media and influencers inside and out and be able to advise them on the best approach for engagement. In addition, you will facilitate media relationships between other account team members and your contacts.
- Most importantly, you are enthusiastic and thrive best in a highly collaborative and fast-paced culture.
