The role

We are hiring an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, lead briefs on calls, coordinate creative and production, and drive account plans, forecasts, and revenue growth with Account Directors and Creative Leads. You will own and lead a portfolio of 2 to 5 accounts. Your mandate is to be the account champion who understands the client's business, people, and priorities deeply.

Key responsibilities

Account ownership and growth

  • Own and lead a portfolio of 2 to 5 accounts with accountability for relationship health, delivery quality, and commercial outcomes.
  • Become the internal and external champion for each account, knowing stakeholders, objectives, brand guardrails, and ways of working.
  • Identify horizontal growth opportunities within existing accounts and support onboarding of new accounts.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into proposals and statements of work.

Account planning, forecasting, and QBRs

  • Build quarterly account plans with content roadmaps, milestones, and risks.
  • Set annual targets by account and maintain rolling forecasts updated monthly.
  • Track performance against targets and course correct with clear actions and owners.
  • Lead QBRs for your accounts, presenting performance, learnings, next quarter priorities, and budget outlook.
  • Client relationship management
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts. Run agendas, WIPs, notes, and action trackers with clear next steps.
  • Map stakeholders, align expectations, escalate risks early, and keep delivery updates separate from scope or budget discussions.

Business development support

  • Respond to briefs and RFPs with scopes, timelines, and estimates, coordinating inputs from Creative and Production.
  • Contribute to case studies and credentials with outcomes, metrics, and references.
  • Project oversight and creative quality
  • Plan and manage schedules, dependencies, and resourcing with Producers. For simpler work, run AM-as-Producer where scoped.
  • Partner with Creative Leads to uphold intent and quality. Consolidate feedback logs, ensure version control, and confirm brand compliance before release.
  • Keep project management tools and the resource schedule updated with milestones, bookings, and status so teams have full visibility.

Commercial hygiene

  • Align scopes to budget, track hours and burn, manage change requests, prepare PO and invoicing details with Finance, and close projects with clean documentation.
  • Reporting and reviews
  • Lead clear weekly updates and end-of-project reviews. Support KPI and outcome reporting for QBRs and leadership reviews.
What you will bring

Experience

  • AM: 2 to 4 years in an agency or content and production environment.
  • SAM: 5 to 7 years with senior client handling, multi-workstream coordination, and demonstrated growth on existing accounts.

Capabilities

  • Proven account ownership across multiple concurrent accounts with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Quarterly planning, annual target setting, forecasting, and sound commercial judgment.
  • Project discipline across schedules, risks, budgets, and documentation.
  • Creative quality control to review scripts, edits, and designs and give actionable feedback that protects brand voice and standards.
  • Collaboration with Creative Leads, Producers, Editors, and Designers with clear roles and handovers.

Tools

  • Confident with Google Workspace and strong file hygiene. Familiarity with common AI assistants and review platforms is a plus.

Other

  • Category fluency in B2B or complex brands – for example tech, finance, banking or insurance clients – is an advantage.
Success in the first days
  • Established as the account champion for 2 to 3 accounts, with stakeholder maps and quarterly account plans in place for at least the 2 key accounts.

  • Annual targets set per account with a rolling forecast and a simple tracking rhythm.

  • Reliable WIP cadence with documented decisions and next steps.

  • Clean budget tracking with PO and invoicing details submitted on time.

  • Positive feedback from Creative and Production on clarity and quality at each milestone.
