As a Customer Service/Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, including order management, fulfilment and customer service.

It is critical that procedures are properly adhered to when providing food service and replenishing pantry supplies at customers’ pantries. The role requires an individual with exceptional customer service skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth running of the daily operations and that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with food service and adhere to proper handling of food items in accordance with food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards.
- Attend to any product queries from customers and maintain good working relationships with them, which includes resolving any operational issues that may arise, and ensure that their needs are met.
- Manage and monitor consumption of pantry supplies.
- Maintenance of customers’ pantries including displaying, organising, and replenishing pantry items.
- Ensure equipment in pantries are clean and in good condition.
- Pick and pack pantry supplies efficiently for delivery to customers.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and check stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies for smooth operation.
- Support ad-hoc events such as catering for birthday celebrations or in-house events.
- Analyse customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the company.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Higher NITEC / NITEC in any discipline or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Requires travel to different customer offices to provide pantry replenishment service.
- Hands-on with good problem-solving and follow-up skills relating to operations and customer issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to details and accuracy with strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
