**About The Role**:

** The Team**: The Enterprise Solutions AI Product Management team is tasked with promoting adoption of Generative AI across the organization. This includes assisting our product peers in ideation around GenAI-powered solutions, establishing best practices for how product managers can leverage GenAI, and exploring GenAI tooling and solutions. We are a team of solution-oriented individuals, leaning heavily on problem solving, critical thinking, and creativity to find innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities and Impact**:

- Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing GenAI services such as AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product offerings.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for GenAI solution design and utilization, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

**Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only)**:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $108,414. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an incentive bonus plan.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Basic Required Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with GenAI services like AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.
- Strong understanding of solution design and architecture principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in software development, with a desire to transition into product management while remaining hands-on with technology.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software development, product management, or related fields.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in leading technical teams and managing projects related to AI and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in Generative AI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
