The Education Manager at ATOP Academy plays a pivotal role in advancing academic quality and operational excellence at the East Coast academy. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing curriculum implementation, teaching effectiveness, staff development, and strategic educational initiatives to ensure exceptional learning outcomes and alignment with the academy’s vision.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1) Academic Operations and Teaching Performance**
- Lead the execution of academic strategies and teaching performance benchmarks.
- Review and interpret academic KPIs to identify learning gaps and implement targeted interventions.
- Work closely with teaching staffs to improve lesson delivery, class scheduling, and educational resource management.

**2) Educator Training and Professional Growth**
- Design and implement training programs to elevate pedagogical practices and classroom engagement.
- Support continuous professional growth through structured workshops, mentorship, and regular performance appraisals.
- Manage onboarding of new educators to ensure alignment with ATOP’s educational philosophy and practices.

**3) Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance**
- Direct the development, review, and refinement of curriculum materials and lesson plans.
- Ensure that all academic content is up-to-date, engaging, and adheres to educational standards and academy objectives.
- Collect insights from educators and students to drive continuous curriculum enhancement and instructional innovation.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion for curriculum leadership, teaching excellence, and educator capacity building.
- Proven experience in academic management, staff development, and instructional improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
