**About the Role**:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented **Education Sales Manager (Enrichment)**to lead student enrolment for **MindChamps' Enrichment Programmes**. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education sales and relationship management, with a strong ability to convert leads into successful enrolments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Sales Strategy**- Drive student enrolments through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
**Consultations & Presentations**- Engage prospective parents through sales consultations, center tours, and programme briefings.
**Parent Relationship Management**- Foster long-term relationships to ensure retention and referral growth.
**Sales Performance & Targets**- Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrolment goals.
**Programme Growth & Marketing Initiatives**- Work with the marketing team to implement innovative campaigns that attract new students.
**Operational Support**- Assist in managing center operations to ensure a seamless student experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Minimum Diploma**in any discipline.
**3+ years of sales experience**in enrichment/education.
**Proven track record**in meeting sales targets.
**Excellent communication skills**to engage parents and stakeholders.
**Strong interpersonal skills**to build rapport and drive referrals.
**Goal-driven and self-motivated**with a passion for sales.
