We are a successful Australian bridal designer who are about to launch our flagship store in Singapore. We promote a fun, dynamic and progressive culture and are seeking energetic, positive and customer-focused salespeople to join our team.

Our brand new showroom is located in the CBD (City Hall area). Weekend work is required and an attractive sales commission structure will be offered on top of a monthly salary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Manage customer appointments and follow-up communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding gown and any additional package requirements.
- Provide expert advice on fit, style, and fabric options. Have a thorough understanding of the various labels we offer.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on bridal expos, photoshoots and industry related activities.
- Keep up-to-date on current bridal trends, styles, and designers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandising.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Ensure general house-keeping is always in order.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma and/or equivalent required. Relevant diploma or degree in fashion will be highly desired.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a bridal or fashion setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
