**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**: Identify and connect with potential clients through targeted outreach efforts.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs.
- **Consultative Approach**: Engage clients in discussions to identify their goals and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance client conversations.
- **Presentation Skills**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- **Client Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Gathering**: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional strategies.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in organizing client engagement events that foster relationships and increase brand awareness.
- A local diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or client relations, with strong interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,119.38 - $4,036.51 per month
