Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs Full time

**What the role is**
- Work in a team to define, research and enhance the digital engagement capabilities for the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and the Home Team (HT) to strengthen public confidence and support for the HT in safeguarding Singapore. You will be responsible for providing key research insights and observations into digital engagement strategies. You will also work with other Ministry HQ Divisions and Home Team Departments (HTDs) to plan training curriculum and facilitate learning to upskill HT officers in digital engagement.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be responsible for driving the following three areas:
(1) Research - Conduct research to provide insights and learning points of relevance on digital engagement strategies of relevance to MHA’s strategic objectives - Identify communications opportunities, recommend appropriate platforms and/or mediums, including key messages and narratives for engagement - Carry out studies to provide insights, observations and learning points on HT communications and publicity efforts
(2) Communications Sensing - Keep pulse on ground sensing and information on issues to support policy and communications strategy decision making

**What we are looking for**
- Knowledge, skills, and experience - Preferably 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media - Good knowledge of social media and content marketing trends Attributes - Independent, open, resourceful and dynamic - Team player, and ability to collaborate across teams - Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written) - Data driven and analytical
