On behalf of one of its clients, an Insights & Strategy Consultancy, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a _
**_part time_**
**_Events & Sponsorship Executive._**:

Our client is a leading subscription-based platform offering insights and data subscriptions to leading luxury brands across different luxury verticals, looking to gain affluent consumers’ market share.
- Manage exclusive luxury roundtables and conferences in key global cities.
- Handle event invitations and maintain the mailing list.
- Liaise with sponsors and senior stakeholders for this new business segment.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to raise awareness of events.
- Establish partnerships in the luxury sector to reach luxury and premium brands.
- Contribute to the design of digital and physical promotional materials.
- Drive sponsorship initiatives for annual luxury events with the senior team.
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for each event, with a focus on clear metrics.
- Plan the event calendar and handle logistics, including coordination with hotels, partners, media, PR, and internal marketing campaigns.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sizeable luxury event management or similar group with 2 years in similar capacity Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication skills is a must Agile, can-do attitude, willing to travel Strong in strategic/critical/creative thinking, negotiating. Analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities Teamwork and ability to collaborate well across geographies. Excellent project/event management skills
