This position reports to the Assistant Director of Group Integrated Care (GIC) and will support the War on Diabetes, Community Intervention Programmes (WOD-CIP) in project/ programme coordination, implementation, operationalisation and communications with external and internal stakeholders. This includes but not limited to Tiered Weight Management (TWM), its workgroups and related events/ projects/ programmes as assigned. Hence he/ she is expected to be a good team player, working closely with various institutional / zonal clinicians and administrators, etc.
- Support the program team to ensure that program activities will be implemented on time, scope and within budget, achieving the related performance objectives.
- Undertake and prioritize the day to day tasks for the smooth operations of the program, manages all internal delivery, community partners, third party providers (contractors) service delivery, where necessary. This will include, coordinating the logistics support, facilities and supporting the administrative aspects of the various intervention workshops.
- Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of the program in the community and provide logistics and marketing support to encourage outreach, uptakes leading up to a successful roll out of the various workshops and supporting events.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments when required including helping out in GIC programmes and events as assigned.
- Ensure that key data components are captured and collected in a secured and organised manner throughout the program at the appropriate points so that the necessary reporting and subsequent evaluation of the program can be done.
- Be a point of contact for our targeted population to coordinate outreach, participant recruitment and feedback and ensure that follow up is carried out in a satisfactory manner.
- Fosters a strong working relationship between all stakeholders in the program, including partners/providers, the clinical staff, administration and information management staff.
- Ensure compliance to standards and processes to preserve patient privacy, confidentiality, and the security of health information.
- Project /Secretariat Support -Provide administrative support its workgroups and projects (e.g. Tiered Weight Management Workgroup, and events such as NHG World Diabetes/Obesity Day)
- This includes but not limited to meeting coordination and working with Project Lead(s) to curate meeting agenda, draft minutes of meeting, follow up on matters arising, and project/programme planning.
- Any other special projects, as and when assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience
- Minimum degree holder in any major
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Preferably possess written, analytical, communication and presentation skills

Personal Attributes
- A team player who is resourceful, hands-on, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have positive attitude and excellent interpersonal, communication skills and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and in accordance to operational schedules when needed

This is a contract role with conversion and extension possibilities.
